Red plum Smoothie



Ingredients:


5-6 plums pitted and sliced

2 tsp ginger juice

½ tsp black salt

½ black pepper

2 tsp sugar(Depending on plums)

4 ice cubes

½ cup water


Method:

Keep the pitted and sliced plums in freezer for about 1-2 hour.(If you are short of time use more of crushed ice)


Than blend all the above ingredients including the frozen plums in blender till smooth and frothy.

Serve it chilled.
