Granules egg curry
eggs boiled(cut into two pieces each)
cup Nutrela soya granules(100 gm)
boiled potato mashed
tomato fined chopped
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic,
2-3 green chilies, chopped
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
Fresh cilantro for garnishing
tbsp of oil/butter/ghee
Firstly soak soya granules in
warm water for 10 to 15 minutes.
Than in a pan add 2 tbsp of oil.
Add pinch of salt, red chilly powder and turmeric to this. Add the
boiled eggs to this and shallow fry. When one side if turn flip them
and fry it from other side too.
You will get crispy layer on
When eggs are done take them out
in a plate.
In an another pan, heat oil, add
cumin seeds, bay leave, cloves,ginger, garlic and green chillies.
Saute it for few seconds.
Than add chopped onions. Mix it
till they turn golden brown in color. Than add tomatoes.
Mix for a minute and add turmeric
powder, salt,garam masala,red chilli powder. Add few tbsp of water
to this and mix well. Now add mashed potato to this.
Squeeze the water from soya
granules and add to the pan.
Add a cup of water and let it
come to a boil.
Boiled potatoes and granules will
give a thick consistency to your gravy . Now add the eggs to your
gravy. Let it be on low flame for around 5 minutes.
Your egg curry is ready to serve.
