Palak paneer parantha
Ingredients:

cups Chapati Flour
1 cup Spinach (palak) Blanch and grind it to
paste
1 tsp salt
For
stuffing:
1 cup Cottage cheese (paneer)
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1-2 green chillies chopped
salt to taste
1 tsp red chilly powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp Dry mango powder (Amchoor)
Fresh cilantro chopped
Method:
Prepare the dough with flour, spinach and water.
Now mix all the stuffing ingredients in a bowl and prepare the stuffing.
Take medium sized balls from the palak dough and roll it with help of rolling pin into a small circle.
Take the paneer mixture (about 2 tbsp) and keep it in center of the rolled roti.

Now start making the pleats and bring them together in center and seal it properly.

Now press it gently with hand and again roll it with rolling pin. Do not roll to much, try to keep it thick else mixture will start popping out.

Now cook it on tawa by applying ghee/oil or butter on both sides.

Serve it hot with butter.
