Missi roti
Ingredients:
1 Cup Besan (Gram flour)
1 Cup atta (Whole wheat flour)
2 tbsp oil or ghee
1 tbsp Kasoori Methi (Dried fenugreek leaves)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp cumin seed powder
A pinch of haldi (Turmeric Powder)
Method:
Mix all ingredients and make a soft dough using warm water.
Now make medium size balls of the dough and roll them to a small circle.
Spread 3-4 drops of oil on it and fold it into a square as shown in picture. Roll it again.

Now cook it on tawa by applying oil / ghee from both sides.

Missi roti is ready. It tastes yummy with any gravy of paneer and any dry veggie.
