Kuttu ki puri

(buckwheat fried potato bread)





Ingredients:

2 cups kuttu flour / Singhara flour

4 medium size potatoes boiled and mashed

½ tsp seendha namak

¼ tsp black pepper powder

¼ red chilly powder

warm water to make dough


Method:

Mix all the ingredients and make a medium soft dough using warm water. Add water slowly slowly .

Make small balls of the dough and roll them into small puri (circles)
Fry them in oil on medium flame from both sides.
Serve them hot with cucumber raita, paneer sabzi (navratri special) or potato subzi.
