Gobi(Cauliflower) parantha


2 cups grated cauliflower
2 green chillies chopped
1 tsp ginger chopped
Salt to taste

½ tsp Red Chili powder

½ tsp cumin seed powder

½ tsp Garam masala

½ tsp dry mango powder(Amchoor)

¼ tsp carom seed(ajwain) optional

2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

Dough made out of whole-wheat flour (atta), as you would do for any parantha or roti. (I add ½ cup gram flour with 2 ½ cups of wheat flour while making dough for gobi parantha,but usually plain roti dough is only used.)
