in rose flavored custard
Ingredients:Sponge rasgullas ( 7-8 pieces )
3 cups milk
¼ cup vanilla custard powder
¼ + 2 tbsp sugar (depends on your taste as well)
1 ½ tsp gulkandh (rose petals sun dried with sugar)
Chopped nuts for garnishing
Take half cup of cold milk and dissolve custard powder in it.
Bring rest of the milk to boil. After it comes to boil add the rest of custard milk into it. Stir it continuously avoiding the lumps for around 5 – 7 minutes in medium heat. Once the consistency goes little thick add sugar and gulkandh.
Take the sponge rasgulla . Press the excess water from it and dip in custard. Remove it from the heat. Let it get chilled for 2 hours.
Add chopped nuts before serving.
