Microwave Besan ladoo

(Takes only 10 minutes in microwave)






Ingredients:


2 cups besan (Gram flour)

1 cup desi ghee

1 cup powdered sugar or bura

½ tsp cardamom powder

Few chopped nuts of your choice (I used cashews and almonds)


Method:

In microwave safe bowl add ghee and microwave it for 1 minute. When ghee melts add besan to it and mix well.

Now again microwave it for 2 minutes.

Take it out mix it well and microwave it for 4 to 5 minutes, Mixing it after every 1 minute, else besan might turn dark brown from bottom.

When the color of besan changes to light brown , it means besan is done.





Let it cool down for 5 to 7 minutes and add sugar, chopped nuts and cardamom powder. Mix them well.

Take mixture in your palm and roll it down to small balls shape (ladoo shape).

Besan ladoo are ready to serve.

You can store them in air tight container.
