1 bunch of mint(pudina) leaves

1 small onion or half of it(sliced)

2 Green Chillies chopped

1tbsp vinegar

1tsp tamarind paste

Salt to taste

½ tsp dhaniya powder

½ cumin powder

½ tsp Sugar


1. In a blender, add washed Mint leaves and all the ingredients and grind them

till the mixture becomes smooth and everything has blended well.

2. Mint/ pudina chutney is ready.

3. Serve it with pakoras, paranthas etc..
