Breakfast is the first meal of the day and is considered as the most important meal of the day. The word break-fast literally means breaking the fasting of the prior night. Breakfast meal vary from place to place but usually it is mixture of a carbohydrate such as cereals or grains, proteins like eggs,fish etc , fruits/vegetables and a drink/beverage like tea,coffee or juice. People who mix breakfast are more likely to have problems with concentration, metabolism, weight etc.
