Oatmeal pancakes
Ingredients: 1 egg ½ cup oats(I used quaker) 4 tsp sugar(depends on how sweet you want) pinch of cinnamon or cardamon powder ¼ tsp baking powder 3 tbsp milk Chopped cherries, nuts, strawberries for topping(optional) 2 tbsp of honey (optional) |

Method:
Blend egg, oats,sugar, cardamon, baking powder, milk in a blender to a fine paste.
Now in a non stick pan add few drops of oil. Keep the heat on medium low .Pour this mixture in pan in center with spoon depending on what size pancake you want.(I was able to make 5 medium size pancake as shown in pictures).

You will see your pancake with rise and turn bit fluffy.
Add chopped cherries or nuts if you want to add on top of the pancake and flip it.(It takes around 20 to 25 seconds for pancake to turn golden brown after you pour the mixture, so you have to be very quick if adding topping ) .

Let it cook for about 15 seconds from other side too and your pan cakes are ready.

You can pour honey on it before serving. I am not a big fan of honey so I don’t add honey on top of it. But my husband says it tastes yummy with honey. So if you are honey fan try it out with honey.
