Stuffed cucumber


2 cucumbers (peeled and cut 3 inch pieces)

1 cup hung yogurt

1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice

1 small onion finely chopped

1 tomato fined chopped

Salt to taste

½ tsp sugar

¼ tsp fresh black pepper

Fresh mint to garnish


Scoop the cucumbers from inside making sure the base should not be affected.

Now mix rest of the ingredients and you can also add the scooped cucumbers into the yogurt.

Taste the stuffing and stuff this mixture into cucumbers. Garnish with fresh mint and refrigerate for some time before serving.
