Chickpea and corn salad


Ingredients:

2 cups chickpeas (Canned or boiled at home. I prefer using fresh chickpeas boiled at home)
1 cup corn (frozen)
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
2 green chillies chopped
1 small red bell pepper chopped
1 small green bell pepper chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro chopped (around 2 to 3 tbsp)

Method:
Place chickpeas and corns in a large bowl.
Add onion, tomatoes, peppers, green chillies,cilantro,oil and lemon juice. Mix them well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve it chill as appetizer / with drinks/ or as salad.
