Cheese chilly rolls


For the bread dough:

2 cups all purpose flour

½ tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

2 tsp yeast

1tbsp oil

Warm water

Egg white to brush the rolls



Dry cheese chilly


Take flour in a bowl. Make a well in center and add yeast, sugar, salt and oil.

Mix them all. Now add warm water and make a dough. Make sure water is not cold and not to hot else yeast will die.

Dough should be soft. To check if its done press it with finger and it should bounce back. Now keep the dough for rest for atleast 1 hour in warm place.

After one hour you will see dough is double in size.

Now knead the dough again. Let it rest again for another 15- 20 minutes.

Now make balls out of dough. Start rolling them with rolling pin. Now put the stuffing on one end.

With knife make cuts on bottom of rolled dough. Start rolling the dough from the end where you have put stuffing.

Let it rest for 15 minute. Brush it with egg white and sprinkle oregano or any herb of your choice.

Bake it in pre-heated oven at 350f for 15-20 minute or until brown from top.

Stuffed bread roll is ready to serve.
