Brown bread pizza


4 slices of brown bread

Pizza sauce or you can mix tomato sauce and chilly sauce(which ever is easily available in your kitchen)

Soft butter

2 tbsp chopped onion

2 tbsp chopped capsicum

2 tbsp corns(I used frozen corn)

2 tbsp Cottage cheese(paneer)

Grated Mozzarella cheese


Chilly flakes



Preheat your oven at 180 c/350 f

Apply butter on your bread slices followed by pizza sauce.

Spread the veggies on the bread(let your kids choose the vegetables and play around )

Sprinkle some salt on it.

Add mozzarella cheese and season it with oregano and chilly flakes.

Bake it for around 8 minutes, till cheese melts and slightly crisp and brown.

Cut it into desired shape(triangle, rectangles) and serve hot .
